Audio going silent- Xbox

Every 5 minutes or so, the audio cuts out entirely. It goes completely silent. It has been during fights, cut scenes, etc. It requires a full reboot of the game to fix. All other games on my Xbox work just fine. The Xbox audio works fine. I can't figure out what's happening. Is anyone else having this issue?
