It is hard to help with problems like that.
Is there no place you can fast travel too on the other side of the bridge?
Often there are more than one way to a specific place.
Alternatively, if you are on a PC, you can try to repair the game.
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
