Blood Dragon Preorder Armor

I was able to find and use the armor transmog fine for the first character made on the console, but for the second, although the dialogue box appeared to say that there was bonus content present, the armor wasn't there in the wardrobe. 

Is the bonus for the first character only? If so, this is something that needs to be made clear. If this is a bug, please fix it ASAP!
