Body Type Changes After Scene w/ Emmrich

Hello! My bug is that after the scene where you affirm your romantic interest in Emmrich, my character's body type changes. My character normally has a very feminine shape but after the scene it changes into a more masculine shape. It is very jarring as it happens in the middle of the cutscene after the wisps float around.

When I enter the mirror of transformation it reverts to it's correct shape though. I've attached a few before and after photos. I am playing on PC using Steam.
