Bringing Down The Sky Achievement Bugged

I am on the Xbox Series X and this achievement is bugged. I have faced every single high dragon in the game except Mythal in dragon form and the achievement will not pop. I opted to go for the peace...

    Confirmed it was either a pre-patch 1 issue on the Xbox or a sync issue due to game crashes pre-patch.

    I was stuck at 60% because I had killed all 3 High dragons in Taash's companion quest line: Fangscortcher, Katandra and Kaltenzahn but was missing the two I had killed pre-patch.

    Re-doing The Formless One in the Necropolis Halls and the pair of Corius and Searthooth in Chapter 9.4: Fire & Ice quest popped the achievement for me!

Same for me. It's stuck at 60%.  Gone back loaded previous saves and re-killed to no avail.  About to do a fresh speed run on a Rouge to see if something hinky happened pre/post patch.
