Bug: Locked door

Playing on the PS5 and have come to the mission On Deadly Wings where I have to meet Lucanis. The game is telling me to go through a door that does not open. I have tried entering on the balancing point above, but you cannot destroy the planks there. 

Because of the autosaves I only have saves from the Griffion Aerie which means I cannot do other things while I wait for a fix. The decision save I have is from D'Meta's crossing which means loosing 8 hours gameplay.

Does anyone know anything about this or know a solution? I don't want to do the Minrathos Quest for my playthrough.

    What other treviso quests did you do? Did you kill the qamekmaster or get through the door even without that?

    This door is locked for me as well. I am pretty frustrated. Is there anywhere to offically report bugs to the team?

    Before, I’d gone all the way to qamekmaster (getting the beacon point right before) but not defeated him. That’s when I got the glitch. Went back and finished it, and then the door worked for me in the later quest

    I went back to complete side quests - including slow poison - and when i got back into the dragon quest the door opened without issue!

    Update: I was also able to fix this issue by reloading a previous save and finishing the "A Slow Poison" quest before continuing onto A Warden's Bestfriend. 


    Also having the same issue. I'm on PC

    I just discovered that you need to complete the quest Slow poison with Qamekmaster to kill first. Then you will see the handle on a door.

    Same here. Killed the Qamekmaster, and completed the quest by talking to the crows after… I wonder if there’s a trigger that doesn’t work when you enter the building because the Antaam won’t load in for me to fight and the quest marker stays in the open doorway.
