Bug: Lucanis quest 'Murder of Crows' not appearing in quest log after accepting

This happened to me, so I tried looking for a solution online and didn't really find one. What I did find is that "Murder of Crows" isn't supposed to be available to complete until after "For the Love of Trevisto," so I took a chance and finished that quest to see if "Murder of Crows" would show up. It didn't, but back at the lighthouse Lucanis had a quest marker where we had the same conversation again and "Murder of Crows" properly triggered. I think the actual bug is that you're not supposed to get his quest marker that early.
