Got the same problem, too.
Can't finish "Gate of lost Ages" because of that.
I’m having the same issues with alters and the same quest, have you fixed it yet? I’m trying to complete other quests just encase that’s why it’s bugged, but I can’t get them to work again. It’s really disheartening playing this way.
