Bug Report: on Loading Save Files, and the Infamous Audio Glitch

I have been experiencing an odd little bug, wherein I am set back a few moments before my save, when I attempt to load. This would not be an issue, except that occasionally it resets a horde of enemies that I have already battled and defeated, and sometimes resets previous side - quest objectives that I have completed. It is not a big deal, however it is quite annoying in some instances.

I am also encountering the raspy and buggy audio that others have also reported—I know that this is not news, but I wanted to bring further attention to it to ensure that it is fixed for all of us, as it is quite insufferable.

I am on PC and have installed the latest update, if that helps! I would love tips on how to make the audio less unbearable, though I have already messed with the V - Sync settings.
