Bug Report: Thread Market Stairs Blocked
After completing Neve's quest in Sanctum Lusacan, I wanted to go back there since I missed a chest.
The stairs in Thread Market are blocked by NPCs: I can't get through and neither jump over them in anyway.

Same. I just went back to get to a locked door and I can't get around the NPCs.
This was added after the first patch. I think it was intentional on the part of the devs. That area was likely to be a "one off" area where you can visit it only once and never return. Since they made it part of the main Minrathous map rather than its own little sub-map, they need to put a physical barrier there to stop people from returning.
The stairs are still blocked, but I was still able to 100% the area. There's a locked door (noted on the map) way down, past the stairs, but I guess it doesn't have anything important.
Yeah, the percentage is generally based on the number of chests and statues you have found rather than land mass revealed, as far as I can tell.
