[Bug Report]Dodgy Recruit Appearance Doesn't Exist.

I've also just encountered this issue. It popped up saying I've unlocked it after the relevant quest, but looked through the wardrobe repeatedly and it's not there.

I have also only just realised that it isn't unlocked. I did the mission before the latest patch but don't have a save to try and force-unlock it. Guess I won't be getting everything after all...
