Bug: Side Quest “Warden Vault”

Currently experiencing a bug with getting the third “key” in this quest. A ladder is supposed to get knocked down upon companion explosion but the metal never breaks. Tried fast traveling out of the area and came back in, still not working. Issue has been reported on Reddit with others experiencing the same problem.

So I left the area, saved, closed and restarted the game completely and traveled back and it worked! So hopefully that works for you too

ok for those that are having issues and nothing worked. Try looking at your Monitor. When I first played this game, I did say that it worked. However, I was using a different monitor at the time. So, I changed back to the old monitor, and it worked just fine. I now have the ladder. Just food for thought.
