Camera and movement

Hi! I hope someone knows how to help.

I can start the game just fine and make my character. But when im going to play the game the camera and moving is very off. Not sure how to explain but everyting is kind of blurry, also moving my mouse reults in the camera moving ALOT, and when i try to move my character and camera towards something it is hard - i dont land where i want to, like i fall off the bridge everytime. Cant actually play the game because i cant move properly.

I use a mouse and keyboard. I dont have any other controllers installed. The pc is brand new. But i had the samme issues on my laptop. Havent seen anyone describing my exact issue anywhere.

I have on ultra settings, but ive also tried lower settings. No differneces in the problem im facing. Ive tried to take of vsync, camre blurr and all that. No difference.

I have abrand new pc and monitor, so I dont think that is the issue. Had the same problem on my laptop, and though that the gaming laptop was the problem. But I face the same issues on my new pc (not laptop).

All help and tricks is appriciated.

Could you provide a screenshot or a video of the problem?

Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

    How to create a DxDiag:

    1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    2. Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
    3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
    4. Save the file to your desktop.
    5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
    6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".

I would need the DxDiag in text file format, as described.

A video or at least a screenshot of the problem would als be necessary.
