Camera control issues.

I am also having the issue where my camera points straight down and I am unable to move it. I am able to create my character and get through the first cut scene but as soon as the game gives me control to move around in the town the camera just points down. And i cant control it.
I am currently unable to play the game... I have tested with my Razor keyboard and mouse, and PS5 Controller. Neither will work. Camera just points down.
I have tried adjusting mouse settings and can sometimes get the camera to look right, but its as if something else is giving input commands. I have also tried unplugging everything but my PS5 controller and it still doesn't work. I have also unplugged everything but mouse and keyboard, shut down PC, turned back on PC, started game and it still didn't fix it. I also do not have any other programs running in the background other than anti virus and steam. I have made sure no other Razor program is running in task manager. I have also updated graphics drivers.
A fix for this would be awesome cause I legit cant play the game and I spent like 2 hours customizing my character lol and I'm excited to actually get into the game.
It has been 2 days now and I can not play the game. I am close to begging steam for a refund as I cant play the game I paid for.
Please help.
UPDATE
I think I found my issue. I opened "Set Up USB game controllers" on (PC - Windows). Turns out I had an optional virtual controller driver that I installed a while back. No other game has ever had an issue with it, but as soon as I uninstalled it the problem went away.
