Can’t finish Dread Wolf Memories- The Labs Below

Hello, attached is a video of the glitch I have encountered. The only portion of this quest chain I have to finish is The Labs Below, yet when I follow the quest markers I slide down the embankment where the green swirling “memory start” is but nothing happens. No cutscene and the door at the bottom is shut and locked. Please help as I cannot finish this game and none of my earlier saves work for this. It never triggers.
