Character Ultimate Ability

All my characters no matter which class, when choosing a different Ultimate ability than the default one, always seems to revert back to the default Ultimate ability.  Haven’t figured out if there’s a pattern as to when it does revert back or if it’s random, but no matter how many times I change it to my chosen Ultimate, it always reverts back, on all classes and factions.
