Class changed
It looks like this is a known issue. I created a mage this morning. After closing the game and coming back to it, my established Rook is now a warrior.

No one has gotten back to me and the when I submitted a case, they told me to post the issue here. Ended up deleting my character. If this happens again I want a refund
Looks like my case was closed with a note of "no fix". I was not notified, just had to keep checking the status.
I had to delete my character and start over. This is a HUGE bug with zero support for players.
