Community ManagerWhen you have a moment can we give the following steps a try?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- If an option is available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync) to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.
- To repair the game files
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
