EA_Illium here's another thread.
OP, others having same issue. I just got a DM reply from EA_Illium earlier today, and I gave him a run down on the issue. I haven't got a response back yet (I did reply late in the day), but I'm hoping to at least get it on their radar. What he said didn't sound like they were aware of the issue, but I'm hoping that's not the case. I also asked him to post a reply on one of the threads so we could direct people having the issue to one centralized spot so we could give data if necessary vs having it spread across dozens of threads.
Other than that there has been no response/update anywhere that I am aware of across any platform/social media/etc, and I've talked with a bunch of people so far that have had similar. I've also spoken to support multiple times.
