CPU/Game keeps crashing

Hey!

So i've had the game since release and played my first playthough with barely any trouble. Only a few crashes at the end but turning off the hairstrands did the trick.

Now it has become way worse. The game will crash on loading or within 20 min on a good day. I've set back my cpu drivers and reinstalled them multiple times but nothing.

the message i get now is this:

DirectX function 'GetDeviceRemovedReason' failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG (The CPU will not respond tot more commands). GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080, Driver:57242. This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing, try installing the latest driver. GPUBreadcrumbs:

Does any one know what i can do? Because i don't know anymore ;'(

The error is not unheard of but hard to pinpoint.
Is your graphic driver, your BIOS and your chipset driver up to date?

Even if the graphic driver is up to date:

    1.  Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA/AMD driver components.
    2.  Install the graphics driver > Go online.
    3.  Test.

If nothing of this helps please add a DxDiag to your next reply.

      How to create a DxDiag:

      1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
      2. Copy and paste or type "DxDiag “ (Without the quotes) in the new field. > ENTER
      3. Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
      4. Save the file to your desktop.
      5. Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
      6. Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
