Has anyone been able to fix the sound problem?
Turning graphics down to Medium (particularly Textures and LOD) is the only thing that works for me. My system should be able to handle Ultra with no problem (7800x3d, 4070 Ti Super, 32 GB). I've tried every other solution, and as soon as I put textures and LOD to High, the sound crackles everywhere. If you've tried lowering graphics quality and still have crackling, unfortunately that's probably it :\
