Crashes after a while
Ill be playing on xbox series x and then crash to dashboard or even worst my console will just turn off

Whelp I'm looking at console repair from heat damage, never had heat warnings or anything similar. Anyone running it in performance mode versus fidelity still have this issue? Perhaps that mode takes a bit of the strain off consoles. I have ea play luckily so my pc can run it with some specific settings in place for my processor.
None of my other games ever do this. Its only ever happened playing this and nhl or nfl. Its an ea problem that their not going to fix, they'll run you through all these possible solutions that wont work then tell you to contact xbox but if it was an xbox issue why does it only happen on ea's games
