Crashing during cutscenea

My game crashes (black screen and no signal), forcing me to hard reset my PC during cutscenes at the exact same points every time.

At first, it happened when Rook and Varric jumped over a fence. I turned the graphics down and was able to get past that. 

Then, it crashed during combat with the giant demon, but I was able to get past that as well. Now, when Rook wakes up and goes to chat about being in the Fade with Neve, it crashes at the exact same point every time.

I've tried everything, updating bios, uninstalling drivers and reinstalling fresh, reseated my graphics card, undervolting, overclocking, all graphics on low (but my pc shouldn't struggle at all anyways)

I've deleted shaders, and redownloaded them and then verified files. Nothing seems to work.

My pc specs:

• Ryzen 5 5600 cpu
• 750w psu
