CTD on start up (does not load to the main menu)

Attached image is my system specs:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF
mobo is: MSI PRO Z690-A
Windows 11
All drivers and BIOS are up-to-date
Playing on Steam

The game will run for roughly 10-15 min after re-installing or verifying file integrity before crashing.  Any other time, the game crashes before the main menu.  In both cases, there are no error messages or any pop-ups indicating any reason for crash.  Computer is not having thermal issues, and issue is specific to Veilguard.  Contacted Customer Support and they recommended I post here.

Things I have tried (with no luck)
Verifying File Integrity
Re-installing the game
Playing both with and without the EA App installed
Deleting Shader_Cache
Disabling Windows Hardware Acceleration
Disabling Auto-HDR
Disabling VRR
Running as Administrator

    Dalethfc1 Your Error report has DLL and System issues, not just these, which is why I started to run the Windows repair tool and the /SFC Scan now. Something in Windows is causing it to happen. There are either missing files or programs conflicting with the game.

    Which does Not affect Shaders OR a game that Worked Until the Update.

    I worked in IT to you know. None of those affect the game and They are reported from logs.

    Look at the issue Not excuses.

    Lets see if a Re-install fixes it,, Wow,,, Uses alot of the Power.

    Oh Look None of the Issues claimed are even Loaded

    except Intel's monitor system.
