i had this problem it,s because i mist the quist with wolf statue!i had to load old safe and completing the quest completly!when getting the 6 wolfs make sure to speak with the spirit and he will tell you to go and see a visitor!if you dont speak to them they will dissaper and the quest will bug and it will bug the quest ice and fire!
