Playing through some other scenes, I've got some more comparison screenshots - two more of the Insulated Suit, and two of the Dextrous Leathers, which also appears to suffer some visual quality problems.
The first set of comparisons is the Grey Warden Insulated Suit compared to the Crows Insulated Suit. Both screenshots are from the same moment of the same scene and show the difference in quality.
The second set of shots is the Dextrous Leather Grey Wardens and the Dextrous Leather Tevinter. Again, both screenshots from the same moment of the same scene, showing that the Grey Wardens version of the outfit is lower quality/blurrier than the Tevinter version.
I wondered if the issue was because of my computer (which is fairly high-end). But given the Crow/Tevinter variants of these outfits look high quality in the exact same scenes, I think the issue is with the textures from the Grey Warden outfits and not my PC.
