Adding my issue to the list. For me this is happening a little under once every 2 hours running from Steam. GPU, Mobo and Windows are all up to date. GPU doesn't appear to be overheating and this issue has occurred twice during cutscenes and twice while running around.
No other game has caused this issue since building the pc, leading me to believe it's not the pc that's at fault, here, although it's possible that the latest driver updates are causing the problem since the GPU was the last thing I updated before installing and running the game.
