I've tried almost all the things you suggested here, but they all don't work for me. Only updating BIOS I haven't tried because I don't know how to do that and I'm afraid it will mess up my computer again. I've tried so many things to fix it that I couldn't run my other games anymore either and I had to reinstall Windows to fix it (I think because of DDU), which didn't solve the issue with Dragon Age either by the way. Don't feel like doing that again. Hoping EA/Bioware or Nvidia comes with a solution for this...

Mein also got broke :D bioware and nvidia reaaly messed it up, what worse part is they still recognized this problem

    after clicking optimize the game at nvidia app it again opened but this time it uses 99 percent of cpu

    bioware should fix this shaders problem, this is insane.
