DLed Free Character Creator. Crashes on startup every time.

Trying to run the app directly from the desktop. Running in Administrator mode, Windows 8 compatibility mode, and disable fullscreen optimization gets the program to run briefly BUT it crashes during "compiling shaders" every time.
