DLed Free Character Creator. Crashes on startup every time.

Running in Diagnostic mode does not change anything.

System configuration with everything disabled does not change anything.

I've tried in Windows 7 and 8 compatibility mode. No change. Freezes every time while "compiling shaders" at different percentage levels.
