DLed Free Character Creator. Crashes on startup every time.

TuvuluTry this:

Go to where you installed the game, default is C:\Program Files\EA Games\Dragon Age The Veilguard Character Creator

Find the shader cache folder:
Search for:
4238387177.PcDx12
2459419382.PcDx12

Delete those shader cache files and retry. Please let me know if you find anything. We are trying to duplicate this fix across multiple platforms and hopefully someone from EA/Bioware can be reached about it after we verify it's a shader issue.
