Dragon Age: The Veilguard bug

Has anyone found a solution to the bug with the dagger that is causing so much havoc with the altars and unique chests?  It seems to be getting worse, and I cannot access some of the quests in Solas Regrets as a result. Please fix this ASAP because a broken game just isn't fun.  I know the game is new and it takes time to iron out all the small bugs, but this one is significant and needs addressing quickly
