Invisible wall blocking access to Solas memory for Regrets of the Dread Wolf

Right at this location. I can enter photo mode and fly over it but there's certainly no way to get my character past. You can see I have parts of that map discovered from early on when I was able to get in there and start the quest, but then the game bugged out and crashed and the invisible wall has been present ever since. This got blocked for me very early on and I read somewhere that it simply wasn't possible to go here during Act 1. Now I'm at the end of the game, every companion quest complete, level 49, and there's still this **bleep** invisible wall blocking me from doing this final Solas memory.
