Dragon Age: The Veilguard Missing DLC
I preordered the Deluxe Edition of Dragon Age: The Veilguard for the PC through the EA App. My Preorder content nor my Deluxe Edition content are showing up in the game. I opened a ticket and was directed to contact chat support. I've contacted chat support and was directed to reach out for help here so I am doing that. There was a chest in the room with Varric after the opening of the game but it disappeared and has not reappeared even when going through the opening again. There is no indication that I even own either the Preorder bonus in the wardrobe nor the Deluxe Edition content. I waited and checked Rook's wardrobe once he gained access to it and they are not there. I do not mean that they are present but locked or marked with "???", I mean they are simply not in the wardrobe at all.
Once I made certain that the content was installed I have done the following in an attempt to fix the issue.
- I have repaired the game in the EA app.
- I have cleared the cache of the EA app.
- I have uninstalled Dragon Age: The Veilguard and then the EA app and then reinstalled both.
Nothing has worked. The content that I purchased is not present in my game. Any help would be fantastic. If there is anything else I can provide I will be happy to do so.
I am on PC on the EA app. I am from North America. I have included a copy of my purchase receipt, an image showing both DLC's installed and an image showing that they are not in my wardrobe anywhere (as best I can show that anyway).
