Yeah I'm not even kidding, I haven't bought a single thing because of this issue we really need to get it sorted out. It's going to be a year at this point.

Any updates to this? Is it even safe to buy DLC for other games or even games from the EA app or will they also not show up? I've been holding off on buying any SIms 4 stuff ever since this issue popped up. I also want to pre order BF6 but am not sure how safe it is to buy stuff off this app if it won't apply things to your account. This really is a bigger issue than expected.

Yeah that is what we were told as well. It has something to do with our EA accounts so I think that is why they are having trouble fixing this. I feel like the only way they can fix it is if they reset our accounts but it doesn't seem to be that simple. Maybe they don't have something like that available and the only way to do it would be to reset every single EA account that has been created? They obviously do not want to do that if it is only a select few of us with this issue and since the game and franchise seem to be dead (sadly) there is not much else we can do except keep brining up this issue in hopes someone can actually do something to fix it.
I've tried some things to see if it would "wake up" my account like logging into Anthem, the DA keep, and DAI multiplayer but it has not fixed it so doing that doesn't help.
Also can anyone message Mark Darrah or other EA staff members through X/bluesky to see if he still has any EA connections that can look into this for us? He seems to be active on Youtube and I've tried asking there but I haven't been able to get a response.

So it's definitely an EA App/account issue, I was gifted Veilguard on Steam so tried it out this morning. The chest appeared as it should in the infirmary and all the deluxe and weapons appearance offers are there and can be equipped. Only thing missing the pre order content because it wasn't pre ordered. It asked me if I wanted to sign in with my EA account which I didn't, no idea if that would make a difference but it seems it is an EA issue not a game/user issue.

Yeah this is the same issue we are all having, it shows we own the DLC but it never shows up in game.

No, no mods can give us access to our add-on content. Just a bunch to alter existing armor and creating new armor.

still no access to any promotional items, including the free add-on.
only 2 chests once completing the lyrium dagger quest (
the commander armor) and unlocking Rook's room. no chest at beginning nor once Rook's room is unlocked. But it does show that I own all 3 add-ons

@all- If you haven't already, it wouldn't hurt to take a screenshot of your DATV order (https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/payment-wallet/order-history) for posterity. When you change the date range from "Last 30 days" to "All", it may take several seconds for the order history to load. Expand the DATV order details so you can see the text, "Fulfilled" & "All items in your order have been digitally delivered or shipped."
And save the DATV "Order Confirmation" and "Preorder Now Available" emails EA sent too (if your payment provider sent you a confirmation email, save it as well; I assume you also have access to your payment record online or via a paper statement). If you've deleted these emails, but you use a Microsoft email account (e.g., Hotmail, Outlook.com, etc.), you might be able to recover these (go to your Deleted Items folder and use the "Recover items deleted from this folder" option).
