Dragon Age: Veilguard DLC Still Missing After 11 Months
EA_David EA_Shepard Just posting here again because I honestly don’t know where else to go with this and I'm sick of having this issue. The DLC I purchased for Dragon Age: The Veilguard is not showing up in my game. It was there last night for a brief moment, then disappeared again. I haven’t changed anything on my end and it’s been like this since release, so we’re coming up on 11 months now where I am having issues with the DLC based off of EA's entitlements issue. I've tried everything I possibly can on my end to fix this: - Verified the game files - Uninstalled and reinstalled the game - Cleared cache - Logged out and back in - Checked my EA account (DLC shows as owned) - Purchased an EA Play membership - Spoke with a bunch of EA support agents - Talked to other players on forums, Reddit, and Discord Still nothing. The DLC just doesn’t show up in-game, even though I paid for it and my account says I own it. Again, it showed up briefly last night, then vanished again for no reason. Every support agent I have spoken to have said the game and the DLC do not show up on my account as owned. I’ve spoken with several EA support agents. Most just repeated the same generic troubleshooting steps that I had already done multiple times. None of them had any idea what was actually going on. No one could escalate the issue or give me any clear next steps. Community members and managers have tried to help too but everyone’s stumped. This is EA Support stating that the game and DLC do not show up in my account: The DLC showing I have it installed and that I own it: Deluxe Edition owned (bought in August 2024): Images of the DLC being locked: Images of the DLC working last night for a few minutes (which has now disappeared again): It’s not just me either. There are plenty of other players dealing with the same thing and it seems like we’ve all just been left hanging. I live in Australia, and under Australian Consumer Law, companies are legally required to provide what customers have paid for. If you sell content and then fail to deliver it, that’s a serious issue. I’ve paid for something that I don’t have access to, and EA hasn’t done anything to resolve it for almost a year. We either need a proper response from someone who actually understands this issue, confirmation that EA is aware of it and are working on a fix, or some kind of compensation or complete refund. At this point I feel like I’ve tried everything and gotten nowhere. EA, please step up and take responsibility for this.Wisp chest in cascades
I'm trying to find the wisp that goes to a chest in the cascades of necropolis hall. I looked online and it seems like it ought to be found at a particular door, but nothing I do allows me to use Emmrich's skill to find the wisp. Is this actually where the wisp should be? Is there anything I can do to make it show up? I've tried with and without Emmrich in my party.SolvedDavrin's Armour, The Griffon's Tail - Incorrect Colour Pallete on 3D Model
Greetings, The Griffon's Tail armour, available to Davrin, does not use Davrin's unique colour palette, instead appearing identical to a piece of armour available to Rook, called Weisshaupt's Wall. The inventory icon for The Griffon's Tail actually shows a unique colour scheme that matches the rest of Davrin's available appearances, therefor making its current appearance on Davrin either a bug, glitch or oversight. While a small thing, I hope this can be fixed. He seems to be the only companion with this issue. CheersBellara Dialogue Wheel Choice Bug
Hello! This problem isn't urgent or very serious, but I've noticed something peculiar about some dialogue choices while talking to Bellara. This happens during the quest "After the Storm," where two of the dialogue choices lead to the same response. I'm not sure if it's intentional for this particular scene, but it seemed like a bug to me. Now I wonder if other cutscenes share the same issue 🤔 Bellara says: "It feels surreal. And I know surreal." "Rook's answer in both cases is "Yeah. It's... an adjustment. Whole lot of elven customs are feeling kind of weird right now." Is it intentional for this scene?
