I think I might have solved it by removing one file from the shader_cache folder:
File name: 2459419382

Okay so, I did 3 things and just had a 2 hour play through with no crash...
1. Deleted the shader_cache folder2. Verified Integrity of game files on steam (this brings back the cache)
3. Deleted the file you mentioned (2459419382).
Note: this was all after a BIOS update which seemed to work for some people maybe? I updated the BIOS before, but this was after I installed the game and did integrity validation. It seems having the shader cache reload "properly" after a BIOS update might be the solution.
(EDIT: I logged in the morning of the next day to play a bit, and it crashed within 5 minutes ... :/ )
