This worked for me!
I was in the same boat. I already had an updated BIOS to begin with, so I didn't think to update it again, but when I did, it somehow started working as intended with no crashes so far. My CPU usage was 100% then it would crash, but after updating it again my CPU is around 65%. Verifying the files and deleting that one file (2459419382) made the shader compiler work all the way to 100%. Gonna keep playing and see if i end up crashing, but i can get through the character customizer with no problems.
Well... I just logged in to try play again today and it crashed within 5 minutes :/ Soo ....
