For Nvidia users: rolling back to the game ready driver from August (560.94) has worked for me and others. Especially the Removed or Hung Graphics card directX crash. Good luck.
This one fixed mine... well, I can somewhat play the game on the lowest graphics - though, my pc should be able to run on max. It seems like we need another driver update. The newest update skrewed up everything.
