What is Happening :Every Startup Shader Verification takes close to 15 mins Platform: PC

That is not a solution, that might solve the startup issue, but it then causes the game to sutter as it does not have the cached shaders
Never said it was. It is a workaround. New ones will be generated as far as I could see.
