Elevator in cornered in the catacombs quest bugged

I popped all the blight blisters and the one on the elevator but i cant get on the elevator it is fenced in and the blight archway is blocking the lever. I have tried everything. I changed companions...

No solution yet....does EA have customer support or they expect all their customers to solve their problems ?

    I've started a physical list of bugs and broken things for whenever they day comes that they listen to our woes lol
