End Game Incorrect Codex Note

This happened to a friend of mine as well, both of us playing on PC.

At the end of the A Cage for Gods quest, while still in the Lighthouse, Bellara's journal had a codex titled "Lost Friendship" for the wrong character based on the prior choice during the Isle of the Gods quest.
