Error loading save

I had just started Dragon Age the Veilguard and was experiencing some lag at the ritual site. I changed a couple graphics settings and restated the game and when I tried to load my save I encountered...

    Hey Everyone, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you're running into with the Veilgaurd. If you are still running into the error "Load Error", please let us know the following information. 

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform are you on?
    • If possible please share a copy of your Save file in a reply to this thread. 
      • If you have issues, try zipping the file
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • DxDiag file 
    •  EA app Error ID Number

     

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I had a glitch where my hair wasn't appearing on my rook, and exited to the main menu, and haven't been able to load back in since, keep getting this same error code. I've also gotten the same error code, though it occurs whether it is an autosave, temporary save, or a manual save. I restarted my pc, repaired and checked the game, and now the only saves I can access are my ones all the way back when I first entered the Lighthouse, which is like 4 hours of progress lost. I'm also on PC, and have been having this problem for hours.
