Error on getting "A Final Mysterious Circle" note

I finished the game and went back to before the point of no return to do some stuff so I can get the platinum trophy but I'm having trouble with the Storm Quelled trophy. I have 2 out of 3 notes required. the one missing would be  "A Final Mysterious Circle", that I'm actually sure I got. I went back to the location in Arlathan also, and there is nothing there. And because of that, I can't get the platinum. :( 

Can someone help me or do something?

I play on Play Station 5, in case that matters.
