[Feedback] FPS drop in Treviso (With Workaround)

Question

So yeah, every single time I enter Treviso, my FPS drops from 60 to between 15-20. But oddly enough, if I then do a manual save, exit the game completely, and then load it back up, my FPS goes back to 60. Which means every single time I enter Treviso, I gotta do reload everything...
My specs:
Lenovo LaptopCPU: i5-12450HGPU: RTX 3050 (4GB)RAM: 16 GB
And yeah I know, it's a potato, but it's what I've got. Still, it runs smoothly at 60 fps on all the minimum settings at 1920x1200. Except for this bug (I haven't gotten that far in the story yet, though)

sonnyklinger So the biggest things here are SSD vs HDD. Also, Fullscreen vs Window mode.

Although FPS in Treviso has also been called out as well. I have seen that and run into it myself even on a gaming rig. I will add it to the notes, but honestly, on this one, it will just be a matter of making some tweaks in the settings.

Also check and see if the game is running off the chipset or the RTX. I had to go in and manually change mine to run better. You may not need to but it could help.
