Additional information- I'm playing from the steam account ObstreperousDichotomy
Platform is through Steam, on PC
I've tried reloading earlier saves, catching up on an alternate playthrough to this point, as well as trying various alternate party loadouts as well as things like not finishing other quests before this one (Such as Heart of Corruption). All of this resulted in the same issue.
