Game Breaking Mission Bug
Minor spoiler for mission name, that's it. Had to return to the lighthouse for "A Change on the Wind" and after teleporting, the cut scene does not happen. I tried walking around, falling off the map...

I can confirm I have the very same issue right now and cannot proceed on the main story line ( PC / Steam with the most recent patch ).
- Travelling from the lighthouse to Crossroads and back and then clicking "Start Conversation" also did not fix the issue
PS: I forgot to mention, just like someone above, I also did "Shades of Blight" before "Something Wrong", so the order of doing these quests might be the indicator of why things go wrong. Just for debugging purposes for the devs this might help find what's wrong.
