Game crashes when entering the Spillway

Can't progress Neve's mission with the Shadow Dragons, due to a bug that freezes the screen and makes the game crash on PC. Tried lowering the settings, but even if it's all on low, I can't progress in the area. As soon as it shows "Entering new area", it bugs out.
