Game crashing every time a specific outfit/equipment model is on screen

Hello! I am experiencing a persistent issue where the moment a specific outfit/equipment model is used or appears on screen, my game crashes either to desktop or completely crash my computer to BSOD.  I have the game on Steam and my graphics card is an NVIDIA RTX 4090.

The equipment/model in question is the "Watcher's Robes" and it's associated color variants. (I attached the screenshot of me hovering over the outfit in question but not wearing it on my Rook since like I said if I put it on Rook the game would crash and i couldn't take the screenshot that way.)

I've managed to bypass the issue thus far by avoiding using the outfit on my player character or trying to skip through the scenes where an NPC is wearing the outfit as fast as I can but now i've run into the issue where there is an important NPC wearing this outfit model in an extended main story quest and I can't progress in this quest due to the presence of this model.

I've tried every other thing I can to avoid this crash from verifying the integrity of my files on steam, changing/lowering my graphics setting, updating my drivers, restarting, adjusting my computer settings, adjusting my launch settings and etc but none of them works. I also tried looking the issue up but could not find other people experiencing my exact issue so I thought I'd send in this troubleshoot here in case there are people suffering the same thing but has not reported it yet. 

I hope I can receive some assistance as I do not know what else I can do aside from waiting for a bug patch but I really want to finish the game as soon as I can to avoid encountering spoilers on the net ;_;
