Game generally doesn't run well on above Min PC

CPU: I7 9700k
GPU: RTX 3080 Ti
Ram: 32 GBs

Been testing and trying to play this game since yesterday but generally I am getting unstable frame rates that are near unplayable despite testing all settings through minimum to max graphics, different Resolutions. My PC should be able to run it but no matter what settings I put, I get 40-50 fps with often dipping . Any help or thoughts that can be shared would be appreciated

    Its your CPU. I have a 9700kf with a 3060 and I`m experiencing the same dips. To be sure I ran the game with Rivatuner Overlay and my cpu usage was in its lowest 95% while out of combat. In short our CPU can`t run the game smoothly at 60 fps unfortunately, time to upgrade.
